I’ll Try if You Try…

Hey Lovebirds!! Happy Valentine’s Day!! We aren’t really into the commercialized side of this holiday because we can – and should –  show our love to each other every day of the year.  But I do recognize Valentine’s as a bonus opportunity to express our love for each other, cherish the blessing of our marriage, and reflect on how I can love better.

One thing that stands out to me  this year is how awesome it is to have a husband to motivate me and push me to try new things together.  Brendan challenges me to push my limits everyday in so many aspects including diet, health and fitness.  And I hope that I push him to do the same.  Likewise, we are trying our best to instill these health values in our kids so that health become a natural part of their lives and future homes.

It is obvious that healthy lifestyle goals are most easily achieved and maintained when it becomes a household habit (not just an individual one).  There are so many ways that a couple can bring impactful and FUN new choices into the home.  That is why as a health coach I am  thrilled to offer coaching packages specifically geared for couples.  I am currently working with a couple who have seen amazing results in their first 10 days.  It is beautiful to watch families commit to living their best.  So tell me, on this Valentine’s Day, what adventures are you and your loved ones planning to take on?
