Green Goodness Avocado Salsa
This salsa is so yummy and takes only 5 minutes to make!
If you’ve never tried or heard of avocado salsa, it might sound a little odd to you. But trust me, if you love salsa and you love guacamole this gives you the best of both worlds. I like to use tomatillos because they add a perfect tangy flavor with the avocado, plus keep the salsa a beautiful shade of green. But if you have regular tomatoes on hand they will taste great too. You can dip this with veggies or we also love siete chips as a grain free alternative. Even better, spoon this green goodness over steak, chicken, or even scrambled eggs (primal huevos rancheros anyone?).
So many options!!
