Salmon Cobb Salad

a quick and easy salmon cobb sure to please any appetite, but especially keto / primal / paleo friendly

Ingredients

  • 4-infinity? strips bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bag fresh spinach washed
  • 1 sliced avocado haas
  • 2 whole eggs soft-boiled
  • 0.5-1 lb smoked salmon packaged

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and get water boiling in a pot for the egg

  2. set as many strips of bacon as you desire in the pan.  always leave a few to eat as an appetizer.  Its way more fun that way.  cook to extra crispy

  3. prepare the eggs to your liking.  we like them soft boiled with runny yolks that spread deliciously over the salad when served

  4. chop tomatoes and slice avocado.  season with salt, pepper, and squirt of lemon

  5. serve "family style" as pictured above.  Heap a pile of fresh spinach in the center of serving tray and surround with remaining ingredients.  Let your family/guests assemble their own salad to their liking

  6. add Primal Kitchen Caesar Dressing and enjoy!
