As crazy as it feels to write this, we’ve known each other for over 20 years. We met in high school and dated long-distance for several years before starting our family together in 2008. Although we consider ourselves Floridians, we lived in Colorado and Alabama for the first 5 years of our marriage before coming home to Florida. Together, we enjoy cooking, exercising, traveling, mud running/OCR, and sharing our faith. We strive to improve ourselves mentally and physically, and embrace goal-setting and self-experimentation. We have two children, two dogs, but only one blog. We hope you enjoy it!
